The technology offer comprises a laser system which is for deep engraving, marking the occasion of metal, surface treatment and for special applications of micro-structuring applications. This laser system (Nd:YAG @ 1064 nm) is designed for demanding applications with high power consumption and short cycle times. The laser annealing process on steel or titanium is one of the most versatile marking processes. It creates an indelible mark without melting the material. Aside from being visible from all viewing angles, annealing has a minimal effect on the material's corrosion resistance. This is of particular importance when manufacturing products such as implantable medical devices or other medical instruments. In addition, different colours on the surfaces can be generated through the annealing process.
